A Ph.D. candidate and founder of Bureaucom LLC, Milly is also the creator of Take5steps©—a practical training program for aspiring translators and interpreters. As the author of The Professional Interpreter© and a seasoned language professional with experience across the U.S., Europe, and South America, Milly brings global insight to local language access challenges.
In her sessions, Milly will unveil a practical five-step framework designed to elevate the quality of language services. She will delve into critical challenges and provide actionable solutions, including:

✅ Avoiding anglicisms and vocabulary mismatches
✅ Accurately using IEP-specific terminology
✅ Correcting grammar issues (ING forms, prepositions)
