Cancellation Policy: A $25.00 processing fee is charged on all cancellations. Notice of cancellation of registration must be received in writing at [email protected] at least:
1) 30 days prior to event = full refund minus $25 processing fee;
2) 15 days prior to event = 50% refund minus $25 processing fee;
3) 14 days or less prior to the event = zero refund.
Cancellation reimbursement will be processed within 30 days of end of event.
