Session schedules will be provided prior to the conference and the day-of. Attendees will choose which sessions they will be attending the day-of and sign-in when they arrive to the session.
The Annual Conference will be held over two full days. The Registration Deadline will be July 31st. After that date a late registration fee of $75 will be assessed in addition to the regular conference pricing. Sessions have been shortened and some will be repeated, wherever possible, in an effort for everyone to be able to attend sessions of interest while also completing needed CEU's. Registration fees include meals, receptions, and sessions. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you need to change your conference registration.

Marjory Bancroft directs Cross-Cultural Communications, the only national training agency for medical and community interpreting, with more than 330 licensed trainers in 37 states, DC, Guam and six other countries. She has lived in eight countries and studied seven languages. In addition to a BA and MA in French linguistics from Québec she holds advanced language certificates from universities in Spain, Germany and Jordan. Her career spans interpreting, translation, teaching English or translation for two universities in Quebec and Jordan, teaching French for two immigrant schools in Montreal, teaching English or French for continuing education programs and the Canadian Embassy in Washington, DC and running a nonprofit interpreting service in Maryland for three years while interpreting and translating herself. She has authored numerous publications, including interpreting textbooks, workbooks and trainer guides sold in 28 countries.For many years Marjory directed two national projects on interpreting for trauma (The Voice of Love on interpreting for torture and war trauma and Breaking Silence: Interpreting for Victim Services. A past board member of the National Council on Interpreting in Health Care (NCIHC) and IMIA and NCIHC advisory boards, she has sat on several national and international committees and was the world project leader for ISO international standard 18841 (2018) on interpreting services.
Nebraska Supreme Court Interpreter Written Exam Sitting will be held Friday August 2nd 1:30pm-4pm. CEU CERTIFICATION We anticipate receiving certification approval from the State of Nebraska for Legal CEU's as well as CMI for Medical CEU's. Sessions with CEU approval will be shared in the near future and day-of the conference.
